A cloud-based B2B web portal for tire dealers derived from an out-of-the-box ERP platform. It can handle high loads, supporting simultaneous activity by hundreds of users at any given moment
The portal is tailored to the typical market requirements: most of the buyers are small businesses that need to quickly book specific tires for their clients
Initially, the customer opted for the standard ERP backend and interface configuration. However, after a short while a customization was ordered to improve usability. The upgrade was performed using React Javascript to create a modern single-page application setup
Apart from the backend, the standard ERP platform component configuration was used, as the lack of custom solutions ensured quicker implementation
The portal features personal buyer accounts with personalized prices, inventory catalog, contract history and special offers
The portal is integrated with the client’s ERP system. Inventory is updated in real time with reservation options available
The portal offers external API enabling buyers to integrate tier personal accounts into their systems
The portal features online document flow for sales contracts and other types of paperwork
Another feature for external integration and product information management is the Export Manager module. It enables exporting and uploading data to third-party systems like online shops. Content can be filtered by assortment and other parameters before being exported in a user-selected format compatible with Excel, YAML and others
